Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can review the situation.

Hair must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in its original packaging for any concern to be reviewed. Any hair that has been worn, altered, or removed from its original bundle ties will not be eligible for review.

Bratz Bundle Vault reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet these conditions.

At Bratz Bundle Vault, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times for U.S. orders typically range from 3–5 business days after shipment.

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $400. Orders below this amount will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Bratz Bundle Vault is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.

Once an order has shipped, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for delivery. If any issues occur during transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Due to recent government tariff regulations on imported goods, the cost of human hair products imported into the United States has increased across the beauty industry. New tariffs introduced in 2025 have placed additional taxes on imported hair extensions and related products, which may affect supplier costs and product pricing. 

Additionally, changes to U.S. import rules mean that many international shipments that previously entered the country without duties may now be subject to tariffs or import fees. 

As a result, prices and availability may occasionally change to reflect these increased import costs. Bratz Bundle Vault works to keep pricing as fair as possible while maintaining the quality of our products.
